Hotel Tazz Odisha

We booked a stay for one night as we had to catch a train at midnight. As we entered the room there were cockroaches on the table. No mineral water provided until requested. Towels and bedsheets were dirty. Not a family hotel at all, better stay at Excellency or Seetal. Also, we mistakenly lost the key to which they didn’t have duplicate key which is a serious concern and we had to pay for the lock change which never happened as they told us that door was opened through window early morning when we were asleep which sounded fishy, if they could open the door through window then why not in front of us?? If you want to avoid having any terrible experience then pls don’t book this hotel at all specially with family and kids.

Water is entering the room while taking a bath. Additionally, the housekeeping staff is not arriving on time and the cleaning standards are not satisfactory.

As per money rooms are not ok cleaning also not good washroom also not good name is taz but its not like taz we are paying but its not like that

Location is ok. Very limited option in food. Very unprofessional behaviour of the front desk. Poor service.

Location is fine but hotel rooms are not clean … washrooms are not ventilated and foul smelling. However food is good.

Rooms are too small, hardly any space to place your luggage, but clean. Washroom is also clean . Table provided was too small, not enough to keep 2 to 3 plates.
