Hotel room was good. Geyser was broken, so we asked for hot water. We were given a bucket of barely lukewarm water. Restaurant must be improved. The service at restaurant was very slow and the breakfast was served cold ! many of the items in the menu were not available.

Due to my work purpose i use to visit bhubaneswar twice in a month. I stayed in this hotel first time but the experience is not good, only good thing is few of workers of these hotel are very good, but maintenance and services are very poor.

Employee behaviour vary bad. Food service very poor. Break fast all items not available in schedule time. Break fast item is very much less and all are not available
