Excellent location and amazing property. I stayed with my mother, the property and location is amazing. Very near to the market, just walking distance (140m) staff is very polite and good. Quick and easy check in and check out.

I recently stayed at MPT Winds and Waves, and while the location and view from the balcony were amazing, my overall experience was mixed due to several service-related issues. Cleanliness & Room Condition: The cleanliness of the property was well-maintained, and the room itself was decent. However, I was allotted Room 105, which had a major issue with the tap. The tap was in poor condition and only dispensed hot water through the geyser—there was no cold water at all. Despite calling the reception multiple times on the first day, nobody came to fix it. The next day, when we called again, they sent someone who didn’t know how to resolve the issue and promised to send another person, but no one ever came. Additionally, the charging socket near the bed was faulty and fluctuated, making it inconvenient to charge our devices. Service & Hospitality: The service was extremely slow. I ordered food, but it was brought without cutlery. When I requested cutlery, they brought it without spoons. Such carelessness in service is not expected from a property of this standard. Food Quality: The food was disappointing—tasted below average and was overpriced for the quality offered. I’d highly recommend going outside to eat instead of ordering from their restaurant. Pricing & Overall Experience: While the property offers great views and is a nice place to stay, I found it slightly overpriced given the lack of proper service and maintenance issues. They really need to improve their service quality and responsiveness. Would I stay here again? Only if they fix their service issues. Otherwise, there are better options available.

it's wonderful experience with stay in sonali regency. very polite staff and helpful. clean and tide hotel room. 24 hrs hot water facility adds it's worth. it has elevator facilities to go up and down. lobby of the hotel is just awesome clean and tide. location is also good in silent place in front of temple. overall good 👍 happy with the service.

I have stayed there two times first time everything was but second time i was but disappointed everything was ok staff was also good for couples if you are not getting any good option you can stay here it was descent stay both the time
