Property was not maintained and i had to change rooms 3 times because of ac and bed. Linen were not clean. Further to it receptionist charged rs 500/ for extra 2 hour stay in room and no recipt was given. Hope less property.

Worst service. No water. No bed sheet. No tv facility. Then changed next room dirty room. Before sheet not clean. Black & white tv provided. No food services over all worst experience. Never visit that hotel.

On arrival to hotel, the front office staff replied that no room is booked with your name. So it was very disgusting after reaching to hotel at 11 pm.

There is no water in the restroom after check-in and poor delivery for food and room service so it should be verified by mm t before confirmation of booking.

Lift is not working, hotel claim electricity backup, but for more than 1 hours no electricity in whole hotel. But staff is cooperative. Amenities are not good as claimed. No water bottle given as complimentary, u have to pay for water bottle at 35rs. No glasses and. Towel available is room. Washroom accessories are old n broken, sink is leaking. Too much sun in room bcz of old and light colored curtain not covering full window.
