I had to book the same property hotel in Indore but by mistake the same property hotel in Bhopal was booked. I cancelled the booking at the same time but the hotel people did not refund the money, so never book in all these hotel properties.

It's a amazing property with good room. The premium room is very spacious with nice views. Food is amazing

I booked a 3 night stay with my family at this property. Although the stay was comfortable, the room looked under prepared and our view from the premium room on the first floor wasn't allowing us to open the curtains. The food served at the restaurant was comforting and tasty. The staff in general was very humble and courteous especially mr. Govind who was serving the food.

“While the external appearance of the hotel and the room décor were impressive, the management and facilities left much to be desired. I encountered issues with the geysers and taps in the initially allotted rooms, which were non-functional. As a result, I had to change rooms twice. Additionally, the quality of the toilets was subpar and not up to the expected standards. However, the hotel staff was very supportive and did their best to assist me during my stay.”

Location is great. Very near to market and main highway. Pushpesh was great help in resolving all issues. Breakfast Served very well . Got great service during my 5 days stay. Will love to come again.

Service and room vs terrible tv was not working so changed my room but the changed room all the electric connections were messed up the fam was spinning in wrong direction. Shower was not working and even bucket was not provided. Bathroom was so small cant even sit ton the western toilet properly. And the best part was even though parking was available at the property the guard got my car stuck in such a way i was unable to take it out without calling everyone in the hotel and asking them to mauve their cars. And yes 70rs was a 1l water bottle was cherry on top
