The service of Mrs. RIBTI was superb and other services like room and food was excellent. Restaurant and overall hotel property was good. Bathroom and all amenities were perfect. The cleanliness, towels and water bottle are up to date. All phone are working well.

The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly and cooperative. The food in the in room dining as well as the breakfast tastes delicious. The services are quick. The breakfast service staff Ms. Ribti was very hospitable and caring. A must stay if you’re looking for a good hotel.

I recently stayed at Fern Residency and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel offers a comfortable and clean environment, with well-maintained rooms and friendly staff. The check-in process was smooth, and the facilities are up to standard, making for a relaxing stay. The ambiance is peaceful, which added to the overall comfort of my visit. However, one downside was the food. While the variety offered in the menu is good, I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side.I ordered the chicken biryani, but I was a little disappointed with the taste—it didn’t live up to my expectations. The flavor seemed a bit bland, and the chicken could have been more tender. Despite these food-related issues, I do feel that Fern Residency is a solid choice for travelers looking for a comfortable stay. The staff is courteous, the rooms are clean, and the amenities are adequate. If the hotel were to tweak the food pricing and improve the taste of certain dishes like the biryani, it would be an even better experience. All in all, it was a good stay, and I would consider returning.

Comfortable stay for a business trip at Fern Hotel Bhopal Good service and polite staff. The breakfast was also have many options to choose from with live counters. The hotel location is also good and near ISBT makes it accessible for good connectivity.

All over pleasant experience. All staffs are well behaved specially Ms. Ribti in the cafe area.She is friendly and well behaved.Winter Rooms are specially luxurious and comfortable.What I understand it is specialised for its healthy breakfast.
