How to share my feedback. The room, mattress, pillows were stinky. Even after service charge they don't give complimentary water bottle. No one responds to your call for room service. All i can say is that it was the worst check in i have ever made.

Worst rooms with very bad furniture and lock less bathroom with door which was not closing, room have mouse and other insects like cockroaches in the room bed sheet and quilt have holes in it no towels or napkins in the bath room

The hotel location is good, and their staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the furniture, room, and the quality of bedding were very awful, and the toilet fitting was obsolete and of very poor quality. This hotel needs an urgent facelift to attract customers to visit again.

Room was not ready even at 6pm when we reached to check in. No latch at washroom door, flush was not working. You can't operate ac with remote. Won't get tea till 8am.
