Most pathetic hotel and will never like to stay. No service, breakfast pathetic. Washroom shower not working, flush not working, tea cattle now working. No equipment of GYM only name sake GYM made. AC in restaurant is absolutely useless, staff not wanting to pay attention to the requirement

Good hotel...overall experience was good..hotel staff is very cooperative.. Food was excellent... But i have face only 1 problem in hotel ..no hot water during 2 night stay...thank you..for good service

Food is yummy Service is excellent Mr Chandan Mr Tomar ms prathibha Mr Gyan Singh are excellent people with full of hospitality and pleasant gesture. Was very wonderful experience ambiance is marvellous. Very friendly atmosphere.

Citrus Prime is a very nice hotel. Conviently located. We got upgraded to a higher category room. The pool here is not fully functional and only meant for kids. Buffet Spread in breakfast was very good. Avoid it during wedding season as they are focussed more on weddings and events.

We had a amazing stay . Our stay was Comfortable and nice . The staff where friendly. The Reception was neat & clean the room where Good & comfortable the food was amazing we loved the food . Overall everything was Gud we had a great stay .. evryone should visit this hotel ..

Very good ambiance and property, food quality also superb, staff is cooperative, Breakfast is Good. Dinner time till 11PM Still yesterday night Resto staff himself prepared food for us @12PM, and they prepared everything Palak Paneer, And Vege and Daal, Rice, Roti, Salad, Sweets A Good Service Great Chadan & Team Well Done

Hotel was very nice . The food was amazing . Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was polite and well behaved. Good experience for stay. Ample parking space for our vehicles . Easily accessible as it was on the main highway .

Clean, well maintained hotel, food is delicious and service is cherry on the top. I have stayed here for 3 nights and completely enjoyed. Well connected with Bhopal City. All together the experience is excellent
