Possibly the best hotel in its price range I’ve stayed at in India. Arrived very late and very tired to a very warm welcome and an immediate check on whether I required anything to eat or drink. Beautiful room overlooking the pool with the added pleasure of the horse track below so I could wa5ch the horses being exercised in the morning. Used the excellent spa and frankly I don’t know where to begin with restaurants of which there are four on site. Caffechino is excellent for proper coffee and cake, Under the Mango Tree offers a wide menu with a barbecue theme and it’s goes on and on. Superb breakfast buffet with excellent Indian and western choices as well as pastries and excellent coffee and tea. Top marks all round!

We had a great time at Jehan Numa from 6-12 March..delicious food, excellent service making for a relaxing ,fun and beautiful vacation. A marvelous team of staff in all departments -- we'd specially like to mention : Rohit Mishra, Virender, Mahesh, Tarun, Yashica, Maviya, Bell captain -- Amber & Vikrant (from Front Desk) for being most helpful & prompt in their service esp in taking care of our elderly mother & responding to her special requirements (for example wheel chair assistance to & from her room). Chef Surender & Chef Bidu served us delicious fresh Ouellette & dosas customized per our request & Krishna always served us with a smile & promptly ..so did many other service staff. Special mention also to Mayank, Heera at the Cafeccino & so did Umesh & Lakhan Lal as part of room service-- always prompt & ever gracious. Thanks to all these wonderful people & more who worked behind the scenes to make our stay a memorable experience-- thank you all very much!

Stay was comfortable, special thanks to Ms Yashika who helped us during our stay, she told us the places for shopping, Mr Abdul gave us pool facing room staff is so brilliant they also told us the lost and found on the spot while checkout itself, Mr Shahwar is very good and was very quick in luggage handling, Kudo to FO team they are amazing

Perfect ambience Perfect food Perfect service But one suggestion When booking online - the website does not allow for making payment - just asks for credit card details and books without a payment There should be options for instant payment by bank/ credit card/ UPI I had to call and speak with a booking representative who then gave me a QR code and I paid via UPI.... but the formal booking confirmation was delayed by more than two hours and was finally received after many telephonic reminders I am quite surprised that such a wonderful hotel has such a poor online booking system.. But will I go again - - - yes - - again and again because every time I visit our family has a wonderful time!!
