We booked around 28 rooms, around 56 -60 guests, stayed there for 3 days, all services were excellent right from room booking to services provided all top class, breakfasts, lunches, dinner all food quality was excellent, non of the guests complained about any lapses, I am extremely happy and specially the coordination and support provided by mam Sheikh Rukhsar can't be missed..thank

The facilites provided by hotel Palash are really very exceptional,They set a new benchmark of hospitality,House keeping Staff,front desk staff Shiekh Rukhsar & Ayushi all are Very supportive,i found best Place to Stay and Wedding in Bhopal and recommend Also.

MPT Palash Residency, Bhopal is an excellent resort. We had stayed there during our college golden jubilee meet. The staff is very caring and responsive. The location of thee Residency is in the prime location of Bhopal and hence very convenient even for shopping etc. I would certainly recommend stay in this resort.

What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They ensured our stay was nothing short of perfect. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely be returning. We stayed one night in this property. At reception we faced issue about our room location ( it was far away behind restaurant on ground floor) but soon room was given near reception. Mr nitin and his team really working hard to take care of customers. Our reference point was MPT tansen residency ,gwalior hotel wonderful experience. Car cleaning facility available at reasonable price. You can order outside food , internet speed is fine but to connect internet is long process. We checked in at 7 pm and checkout at 7am .

Excellent service by the staff. Especially, Executive at the Guest Relation desk has taken care of comfort by asking each one of the visitors residing in. Staff responds well in time for the need. Slight maintenance of certain fixtures e.g.exaust fans seems necessary. Pleasant and lovely musical ambiance, Best food with top hygiene in the lunch-dinner hall. Thanks and keep it up. Rooms are horrible.Griund floor have mosquito and rotten doors windows. There are none who will listen you. Once you entered in the room you shall be welcomed by foul smell. Poor management. Out side flower decoration is excellent. Food is Good. But staff is very poor in communication and lison. Specially managers and Help Desk staff need Training. We could not stay in the rooms of Hotel and had to check out. This Hotel Need repair.
