I stayed at Kwality’s Motel Shiraz every time for my official work, and the experience was memorable. The Shiraz hospitality ensured we were welcomed with warmth and ease. The check-in process was smooth and well managed, allowing us to relax comfortably in the elegant seating area near the entrance. The architecture and design of the entrance lobby were stunning, a beautiful blend of modern luxury and traditional charm. The rooms were beautifully designed, and elegant interiors and a cozy ambiance. A special shoutout to Irshad Khan, who provided excellent services, His warm welcome, Extremely Polite & Professional throughout my visit and genuine care made all the difference. My stay at Hotel Quality Bhopal was nothing short of a nightmare. The manager's behavior was beyond unacceptable—he deliberately cut off power to my room and forced me out, all because of a confusion between Agoda and the hotel. Despite having paid in advance, I was denied basic amenities like breakfast. This level of hostility and unprofessionalism is inexcusable. Even after Agoda apologized and compensated me, the manager had the audacity to threaten me over the phone, insisting on contacting my organization. It's appalling how low these individuals will stoop. I urge anyone considering staying here to think twice. This experience was nothing short of a disgrace, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others about the appalling standards at this hotel.

Mr Dinesh Raikwar bell boy was very caring and all others staff behaviour was also good, familiar atmosphere everything was good housekeeping team was also very active for all the 24 hours ,green atmosphere , hygeine and cleanliness was also maintained.

I recently visited Motel Shiraz, and it was a truly blissful experience! The cozy ambiance, aesthetically finished in a rustic manner, made for a lovely setting. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, thanks to the attentive housekeeping staff who ensured everything was spotless. The service was top-notch, with friendly and prompt staff catering to our needs. The food was exceptional - I highly recommend the kababs, rotis, and rich gravies. However, the standout dish was the Gosht Biryani, which is definitely worth ordering. Highly recommend!

This was one of the most pleasant stays I have experienced. The motel was super clean, the staff are extremely friendly, and the food is delicious! We spent 4 nights at Motel Shiraz and enjoyed every moment of it. While we did try several of the highly rated restaurants in town, we all agreed that food at the motel was better than most (if not all we had tried). The breakfast bar had surprisingly delicious South Indian food (a rarity anywhere but in the South) and the service was excellent. The place had a very well stocked bar which is also well staffed with excellent service. With reasonable prices to go with all of the above, I would recommend this as the place to stay while in Bhopal anytime.
