I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and while the facilities were generally fine, I was quite disappointed with the staff's behavior and the overall check-in process. The check-in was delayed, which was frustrating after a long journey. Additionally, the staff's attitude was somewhat rough and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for the stay. It became clear that the staff could benefit from professional training to improve their hospitality skills. Proper training would help them communicate more effectively and provide a more pleasant experience for guests. Hospitality is all about making guests feel comfortable and valued, and unfortunately, this was lacking during my visit. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and invests in staff development, as it could significantly improve the overall guest experience. A more professional and customer-focused approach would truly justify the standard of hospitality that one expects when staying at a hotel.
