This is situated at a good place aiims and other area near to mp nagar are at short distance however seems like the property is not maintained properly since long. Hence this is not a proper hotel as they rate themselves. A big list of problems with i being assigned a room with broken commode. On complaint was given other room but this one with torn towel. Net net if you want to stay in budget near to aiims then choose this else there are better options nearby.

Actually the rooms are untidy and even the washroom has no soaps. Handwash is below the sucking limit of the outlet tubing. I'm in room no:204. It's geyser is also not properly functional. Bed is damn too uncomfortable with insects crawling on the floor. I'm really disappointed.

There are lot of couple, they knocking my door till late night, because consume lot of alcohol etc
