Great stay at the property. The staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed for a day and experienced a relaxing and enjoyable day.

I was denied to stay there by manager named rakesh. Never stayed there. Was told i will get refund. Haven't got it yet. Also he is not picking up phone. Would like to talk to people in mmt who can listen to me. I want my refumd back

Ruined my holidays staying here. For breakfast there is chance that you are treated in away that you choose to go outside to have breakfast with peace of mind. When there is no buffet in breakfast your family members will be asked to choose from list of available menus. So if one family member chooses one dish from south Indian then the other family member cannot choose another dish. AND the height of rudeness is when we asked please call the manager the person responded I am the only Manager. Further to the surprise there is no water in the room in morning when we enquired, it us said the tank is empty and we are filling it and it will be available in 10min. After 2hrs when we enquired again on what can be done to get fresh and start our day the response was hilarious, the person said, the tank will fill at its own speed and I cannot get into tap to give you water. The responses are not only hilarious but disrespectful. I raised complaint to hotel management. In my view the staff is not trained to handle responses when there are some outages like water etc.
