We had the best experience, the check-in process was good and smooth, with no hassles. the staff Was really supportive and kind! The provided us great service. The property was up to the mark, the rooms were very squeaky clean! The quality of food was again excellent. but it is true of this hotel and its staff—from the greeting at the airport by the car service to the hotel greeting exerted warmth. I’m really impressed with the staff for being helping & so cooperative.❤️❤️

I stayed at Hotel Grand Dhillon for an event. The Seventh Floor rooftop bar is a fantastic feature, adding to the appeal of the property,Every staffs are very co operative starting from the Front Office, housekeeping, Chefs are also caring so on restaurant people😊 The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast spread is excellent. However, The Fusion Restaurant is another highlight, as it allows you to have breakfast there, I would like to extend my stay special thanks to HK Staff exceptional service made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Room sizes are small, washroom is too small and sign of flush button is terrible, no liquid handwash provided in wash room. But staff is friendly

Best in the city It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained property. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Hotel Grand Dhillon next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

Stayed at Grand Dhillon with family for couple of days and it was a very good experience. The staff and the hotel manager were very polite and helpful. Also the property was very clean and maintained. The nearby area has few good restaurants and a mall in couple of kilometres
