very good hotel in Jaipur, calm, relaxing, high standards. Rooms are clean and spacious, bed is very comfortable. Service is precise and gentle. We experienced a small problem in the bathroom and concierge sent immediately people for the repair. Problem was solved in 5 minutes!!! Breakfast is gorgeous: visitors can find whatever they want to taste and food is very good. The evening we experienced a dinner at the Chaandi (surprisingly, the restaurant is not mentioned on Google maps at the time of writing this review): here we tasted some delicious food from the northern India, and its quality is excellent and competes or even surpasses some of the best restaurants you can find in Delhi. We highly recommend it

Very Nice Resort. Great Scenic location. Overlooking Sea. Trekking path to go down. Good Infrastructure. The hotel is in itself a full holiday combo...you can walk, swim and have Great Times. Sandesh the transporter link of hotel is great. Only, if some better maintenance could be done it would match a five star hotel. Lockers are not their in rooms... All rooms are Sea Facing

The Kohinoor resort is a decent place to stay in Ratnagiri. Although a bit dated, the management is trying their best to give you a good experience. The food and service was very good. Besides, the location of the resort is excellent and it offers a beautiful beach facing sunset point for a relaxed evening. Overall, we would recommend it for anyone who is looking to for a decent stay in Ratnagiri during the peak season.

Here is a perfect scenario about how to annoy a future customer and likely create bad vibes for many prospects. We booked two rooms from New Jersey on Dec 10th for Jan 15th, 2025. We received a confirmation email with a different business name and a charge on our credit card for another name. It did not confirm the location, dates, etc. I tried to confirm whether the booking was made using a reference number on this cryptic email .. Unfortunately, I did not include every single detail in my email. Someone did confirm that they do have two rooms .. but also did not mention the dates. Two days later, I received an email asking to review our stay (for a booking a month later). When I rewrote clarifying this email, the hotel said that we were a NO SHOW on the day we made the reservation from 8000 miles away, and we needed to book again for January. In my 40+ years of international travel, in hundreds of hotels across five continents, I have come across this kind of fraud for the first time. Fortunately, I am discovering it now .. saving me last minute issue when we would have reached there on Jan 15th. I have Gold and platinum status with both Hilton and Mariott. We try to support local establishments especially when we visit tier 2 and tier 3 towns. We have seen all kinds of issues with service, but this is a new low. BEWARE of this place. PS : The review will not get submitted unless i select the date of stay and it does not allow a future date .. so I am selecting the current month, but to be clear, we are yet to visit Ratnagiri, and hence this hotel.

Overall stay was good. However following topics needs attention and action, 1-washrooms need system improvements to reduce the stinking 2- frequent power failure 3-the attraction for which we thought of stay, titanic deck needs complete renovation. The entire deck railing is rusty and may cause harm to visitors, needs appropriate lighting. We were advised not to roam in the campus due to fear of snakes. In such scenario how we can recommend?
