Best service and best hotel to stay in bathinda, I recommend this hotel for all the NRI tourist Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice specially thanks to Young lady Sukhpari

The guy at thr reception was rude whenever i am im in bhatinda i always try to grab the bite from amrik dhabha obessed with his dal makhni. we have order few dishes from the kitchen as well and was in my relaxed attire.
and i placed online food since the delivery guy was not allowed in room he dropped it off on reception have asked the guy at reception to align someone to deliver it on 6 th floor, He denied in a rude way like we have commited some crime. have paid for the night and still getting the vibe that we are taking some favour..
get to the reception have asked the name of the guy which i forgot now. but he very arrogantly pronounced his name like he didnt care whomesoever im gonna tell.
not worth the experience will not be booking this many good hotels around. but never recommending or going this place in future.

Stayed for a night on a business visit. Good experience. Plus points are its location, Ambience, Humble staff, Very Good Restaurant and Bar. Rooms are Good but there is a little possibility to improve.

Our company is their age old client. However this time they demonstrated a very poor level of service. Their 'no' is on the tip of the tongues of everyone there for even minutest requests. Earlier there was complimentary pick up and drop from railway station. They have stopped that also leaving nothing to find good about the hotel.

Excellent hospitality of mr sukhjinder singh at the front desk who is a go to person for all your needs and queries. The food quality is awesome and the buffet has a sufficient variety of food. Our stay experience is very good at this property.
