Its worst hotel i have ever stay in last 6 years. When reception has given me room no. 208 floor was totally broken and then they given 210 and this room having smell i have complained but they can’t change the room and assure that they put some room freshener but smell was soo strong it aggravated my allergy symptoms. Earlier they were saying they don’t have room available and when my health deteriorated then only they given me room no 211. Lights of washroom was not working not changed the towel on the 2nd and when i asked to change the bedsheet they said they only changed the bedsheet on third day. This totally unhygienic hotel wastage of money. No amenities and breakfast was pathetic. Unprofessional people

Make my trip is a best hotel booking company. Stay is very nice. And comfortable. Without harassment. Stay is awesome. Staff are cooperative. And room are very clean

Rooms were dirty, the linen used was crumpled however, the staff refused to change it stating that it was fresh. In addition, i was not provided with my room keys till the evening. Food was average. Overall not value for money at all.
