This is my third visit to your restaurant. During my previous visits I personally talked to the manager regarding poor service and quality of food. This time.e again I found so.e one Mr. Sharma as manager of restaurant, I personally met him and try to convey my feedback as a regular visitor . But I m surprised to know that no one bother to improve the image of Stella.. these people defaming g the name of Stella and should be shunt out immediately..as they needless bother to attend the grievances of visitors and even demanded the money even after payments done by us ...I m really a well wisher of Stella's but such person defame your image as well as force us to stop visiting us more to Stella....🙏🙏

I stay this hotel many time from last 2year for my business tour , the staff here is very nice , good hospitality and nice location opposite to mall , in morning it's having rose garden for walk , the view from rooms to city is nice, overall it's fabulous hotel

Though bathinda itself doesn't offer many gud hotels, this hotel was one of its kind. Clean, decent and comfy. No wonder it should be your first choice to stay within moderate budget

It starts from entering the hotel. Its raining cats and mouse and the guards and people stood like a statue instead of helping us to get in with the luggae or greet us at the hotel gate. We ignored it but then the sockets in teh room are faulty and loose no electrical equipment was properly switching on. We were in room no 310. We have to adjust every time. The kettle kept in the room had filth and dirct and was not cleaned. It was to be chnaged which took another 30 minutes. Then when we ordered food we were committed customised veg platter but it came with all those items which we especially asked not to be there i.e. mushroom and soya chop. When informed they said its our standard we cannot help it. Then why you committed when we were ordering. Then we had to take hot bath there was hot water running in taps. They said you are strange that you take hot water bath in rainy season. they instead of realising there deficiency they were questioning our willing ness. THen again they said that we will provode the hot water in bucket but they failed and atlast standard reply we do not provide hot water. All iin all a useless hotel. Do not waste mpney arranging for your guests and function here. The guest may not tell you the deficiencies and negatives but definitely will take a negative opinion.

Room and location are good, but food is not up to the mark. Behavior of service staffs are excellent. I stayed in this hotel four times, but i didn't find any issues with food before this time. I think the hotel should look after this matter.

Si l'extérieur n'est pas très avenant, architecture et travaux en cours, cet hôtel a une âme. Tout est grand dans cet hôtel : la réception, la salle à manger, les chambres, avec un côté rustique qui fait son charme. Les chambres sont très confortables. Lit kingsize, le linge est propre. Les salles de bain ont une tuyauterie d'une autre époque, mais ça fonctionne bien et c'est bien entretenu. Téléviseur à écran plat, ventilateur, air conditionné, frigidaire. Bouilloire, thé, café, sucre, 2 bouteilles d'eau minérale à disposition. Wifi gratuite et rapide. La salle à manger est digne d'un décor de cinema. Le petit déjeuner copieux est surprenant de variétés. C'est un bel endroit où résider, d'autant plus que Bathinda est une petite ville peu courue des touristes étrangers, très agréable à visiter.
