This is an absolute gem of a place, the manager is the kindest *** and very professional. Everything was tidy and clean. The staff was very accommodating, especially if you communicate what time you will be needing things. There is delicious food in house and the grounds are beautiful. I would stay here a thousand times if I could!

You'll be grateful to have found Nivah once you arrive here. It is unquestionably the best place to stay in Moradabad and it is a delight to escape to its quiet confines after a day of doing business. My only hesitation in writing this review is that I will reveal the best kept secret of Moradabad, but at the same time I'm happy that others will get a chance to stay here and meet the manager, Yatteendra, and the rest of the team. The staff here will provide everything you could possibly need from meals to laundry service to whatever you should require. Speaking of meals, the food is excellent and even the coffee is great. Fresh fruit is always available. The beds are comfortable and clean and the rooms are quiet. This place is a family treasure passed down through the generations. It has been very well taken care of, and I hope all who come here will appreciate the opportunity to spend some nights here. Please be good to the home and its generous caretakers who will treat you like an honored guest from afar.

We stayed there for 5 nights and everything was perfect. From the cleanness and treatment were amazing. The owner was so friendly and staff were amazing. You feel completely comfortable and at home. Location was also in the middle of the city. Highly recommended.

Probably the best night's sleep I've had in India. This 110-year old former governor's house oozes with character and the owners CV and Sushma are extremely hospitable and chatting with the over dinner about the history of their ancestral home and on India in general was delightful. Gorgeous gardens, attentive staff and great food.

A truly wonderful place to stay, the welcome and service was absolutely incredible. Nothing is too much. We felt so at home here and will absolutely be back! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, it really is wonderful.
