The check in was smooth with a welcome drink and lots of smiles and warmth from Ms.Avika & Mr.Dheeraj. Chef Pushparaj personally visited to greet all the new guests at their respective rooms to inquire about the travel and asked guests if they had any food preferences as there were a lot of senior citizens visiting & people like us who like to try different cuisines and he didn't let us down. He made some awesome Lebanese food , Bengali, Punjabi , Gujarati and Some local dishes of Madhya Pradesh where he comes from. The food was well paired and the quality and quantity was just perfect. The housekeeping staff was awesome kept the rooms fresh and were invisible souls who just finished there jobs to perfection and vanished without any intrusion to guest. The laundry guy Monu was ever smiling and helping people even if it was not his department. The restaurant staff Indraneel,Rohit , Manish , Rajdeep, Nikki , Bidisha , Suman , chef Trilok Singh were just outstanding. The cherry on top was met Mr.Prince who gave us an excellent sales presentation in 2006 and is at a senior position in 4 resorts of Gujarat division. He is also married to his colleague Ms.Lubna who upgraded our membership in 2007. The only part the resort needs to look at is the travel desk. Bhavesh who runs the desk is a nice guy but not trained enough to handle well traveled people. He doesn't have a diary also to note the bookings and is completely clueless, once this part is taken care of it would be great. Thanks Club Mahindra Netrang
