Hotel Novus

Nice and decent hotel. Value for money, cooperative staff. Clean surrounding. Touch on highway. Nice facilities in and around hotel.

Safe place. Efficient service

Stay was satisfactory, bathroom shower was very bad, toiletries not satisfactory, no dental or shaving kit, hygiene level in bathroom is average and lenin were also just ok. Location is good, food is good. Breakfast was not complementary.

The hotel and the room was clean and hygienic. Staff was also polite.

No surprises, almost everything in order. We were driving all the from Mumbai. I was the only one driving and so I was quite tired and so were the other four passengers including my kid daughter. We reached here almost at the middle of the night as we started quite late. Entrance was good, staff at the reception was welcoming. A few things about the regular stuff: 1. Rooms were clean and proper. Lines and towels all clean and proper. 2. Bathroom /toilet was hygienic and clean and also properly laid out. 3. Tasteful furnishing enhance the experience. 4. Despite being on highway the rooms were quiet and sleep quality was very good. 5. Everything we needed for a few hours of rest was right there. 6. Though it was late at night and the restaurant was closed, but they could arrange for some decent food for us. 7. Room service and all the arrangements were quite comfortable. I couldn't ask for more at that point.
