The room was neat and clean. Location is good. It is within walking distance of the station. There is also a shopping mall next to the hotel. The staff is very helpful. the food is good. Overall the experience was good.and there is a market as soon as you come out of the hotel.

Amazing ambiance. Near to railway station. Cozy rooms. Best food in bharuch service staff ramhet and akash doing great job. Chef basant making best dosa in breakfast yummi 😊 . Thanks to all ginger Baruch team members to making a great stay in Baruch.

When i was allotted room, after4 reaching room, i got to know that door was not closing as it was misaligned. Then i tried to call to reception but phone was not working. Then after sometime. They given new room. Also in new room i found that amul milk powder which was kept to make tea was about to be expired in 02 days. Tea was ruined with that milk. Powder. I mean when you keep product till last day of expiry date, it is next level of cost cutting. At 6. 30 pm they didn't start hallway lights and there was complete darkness in hallway.

Ginger is good experience and even the housekeeping was excellent. Food quality is superb even you can get non-veg also. Only lacking is bathroom. It’s specious but looking at other facilities it suppose to be better. Water is hard water which will causes skin irritation sometime. May be all over bharuch water is like that only. But overall it’s a good choice.

Hotel is within 5 mins from Bharuch railway station, go by auto 20 rs. Good location. medical shops, even Reliance fresh nearby (like walkable distance) ... so; convenient. can even venture out late evening for a stroll outside the hotel, total city feeling. Stayed with 11 year old son and my dad at the hotel. Very co-operative and supportive staff. Have to mention Shubhashree who assured me safety of my son when i was away for 5-6 hours for a business meeting. Lopamudra, Priyanka all the girls are very sweet and cordial and at the same time firm with the rules of the hotel. Good hygienic food, good variety in breakfast buffet, neat rooms, little more expectations from room service, especially those who shud help with carrying guest's luggage .... Thank you and will surely visit again!!

The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was better than previous stay. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Parking should need to be improved. I would definitely stay there again.

The restaurant staff are been fine enough, but others are terrible, actually i have given my clothes in laundry for wash & i have also asked when i will get back they answered same day evening at the next day evening i asked them just bring my clothes so the staff answer was yours clothes are not been ready yet, they have committed for one day after that also two days have been completed i did not got the clothes washed this kind of worst service they provide.
