Nice property. Staff is very polite n Courteous. I would like to give special thanks to FRONT OFFICE STAFF AAKASH SHUBHAM GAURAV. Where fnb is again very helpfull, they exceed the expectations by their phenomenal service. I would like to give special thanks. To the staff who looked after us during breakfast n dinner..Etc Whenever. Captain Deependra Captain Peekesh Naveen Manish Amit. They made our Stay memorable... House keeping who ensure that we are comfortable. Special thanks to HAKIM & RAJU.... ONLY ONE GENTLEMEN WHO ACTUALLY RUIN OUR HAPPINESS IN THE BEGINNING OF OUR STAY I WANT TO HIGHLIGHT HIS NAME MR SUNIL SINGH HE HOLD A GM POSITION IN THIS PROPERTY. HE TREATED US VERY ARROGANTLY , HE WAS VERY VERY RUDE TO US. N DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO TALK WITH THE GUEST. HE SOUNDS TOO FRUSTATED. He should get the training to get professional in terms of hospitality.

Absolutely delightful experience! The restaurant not only impressed us with its delicious food and beautiful ambiance but also with its outstanding service. A special mention to Vinita, Stender, and Lokendra—they were warm, attentive, and truly made us feel at home. Their hospitality added a personal touch to our meal and made our visit memorable. Highly recommended if you're staying at the hotel or just looking for a great dining experience!

Very nice hotel and excellent hospitality. Mr lokesh singh sir is very nice and supportive. Breakfast is very good and you must visit this hotel when you want to stay in Bharatpur.

This place has one of the best food among hotels at Bharatpur. Highly recommend omelette made by Chef Ashish in morning breakfast. Vinita ji was very prompt and good with her hospitality. I recommend Regenta for any person visiting for business or leisure purpose.
