My stay at [hotel name] was exceptional. The hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to both business and leisure attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-appointed. The hotel's dining options were impressive, with a delicious variety of both local and international cuisine. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. Overall, i had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting [city.

1. Uneducated staff starting from reception to others. All are mannerless. 2. Faced water problem for 5 hours, no water in the bath and toilet. 3. Full of smelly rooms
4. The blanket was not clean. Got itching just after 20 minutes. They changed it after a long discussion. 5. For two people they provided 1 towel that too after asking. 6. One toilet soap and nothing else was provided for two people's 7. Full of mosquitoes, it looks like they have filled water instead of liquid. Checked out the very next day and shifted to another hotel
