Personnel agréable et professionnel. La chambre est nickel, et surtout les jets d'eau de la douche sont super agréables ! Rares dans les hôtels, c'est un vrai plaisir le matin.

Cet hôtel est situé au centre ville de Béziers. Le personnel est adorable et très arrangeant. Gros point faible de cet hôtel, la taille des chambres. Je ne pouvais même pas poser ma valise à plat ailleurs que sur le lit… C’est dommage ! Je recommande cet hôtel aux voyageurs sans valise.

Nous avons passé une nuit à beziers et nous n'avons pas regretté d’avoir choisi cet hôtel, Tout était parfait: l’endroit déjà proche du centre ville et surtout l’accueil de toute l'équipe,. Merci à tous.

Accueil très moyen avec un personnel à peine aimable voir fort désagréable Hôtel très sale (sols, mur et chambre) De la M—- sur le mur dans les wc La porte de la douche qui ne ferme pas (inondation) La Clim qui fait du bruit donc obligé de l’éteindre pour essayer de dormir car il faisait très chaud Travaux devant la porte du garage de l’hôtel donc très compliqué de se garer à l’extérieur et obligé de vider entièrement la voiture pour éviter un vol. On a fait une nuit d'étape sur le retour des vacances et je regrette d’avoir fait confiance à l’enseigne MERCURE (130€ la nuit) Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel Très mauvaise expérience
