Notre séjour a été trop court pour vraiment apprécier le logement. Néanmoins le ressenti général est bon avec juste une réserve concernant les commodités dont l'utilisation est un peu difficile pour quelqu'un de plus d'un mètre quatre -vingt.

I strongly advise against it, non-existent reception, no signage, no information, incorrect telephone number on the reservation, saved by another customer but still no one to receive us, instructions given by telephone,!!! the room does not correspond to the description, tiny toilet and bathroom, very approximate cleaning, tired wool blanket on the beds, non-existent wifi; swimming pool with some leaves still pass, but visibly not maintained; very pleasant setting but does not compensate for the rest, good breakfast, to finish the price is absolutely not adapted to the quality of the accommodation; big disappointment

Unfortunately before our departure, we received a message that there was no breakfast provided due to force majeure ... due to an accident of the person responsible for this domain. We could understand this, per couple we received ... 10 € which we thought was little! When we answered that we asked for more back, we received a very aggressive email back, that we should be happy .... that in that period of the holiday it was difficult to find another place, with breakfast! Increased in a beautiful domain, the very peace and quiet unfortunately no one to be seen!! It was 41 degrees, with baby ... and two couples, searched for an hour and finally found someone! Our room, large but not clean one cupboard with some cobwebs, actually cobwebs everywhere ...... 2 cupboards of the owners themselves with their clothes, ditto bathroom! Our daughter and son-in-law stayed in a nice room but not practical, a small bathroom, and toilet not for adults, but for gnomes!! We stayed there for 9 days and we made the most of it, happy to be able to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool! And the beautiful visits of the Dordogne itself. Everyone who stayed there could use the kitchen …… but it was very dirty !! The student workers did their best … but still had to go to other domains! They sometimes didn't know where to go! In those nine days we ourselves had to ask for fresh towels and fresh sheets? I myself had to ask for our bathroom to be cleaned, they didn't do that for our daughter! It's a shame that such a beautiful domain that is so quietly situated, has disappointed us so much, due to all those circumstances !! Quite expensive for what you don't get! At that time we were present with several couples and everyone had complaints, we didn't get answers to the questions. Eventually we did get breakfast after a few days and it was delicious, the student workers did their best !! Unfortunately we have not yet received a refund for our breakfast!
