Nous avons passé plusieurs jours dans le PÉRIGORD en chambres d'hôtes a VEZAC. Le soir la propriétaire nous demandait toujours ou nous avions mangé. Quant on lui a parlé de l'auberge du château à BEYNAC, sa réponse : Pas de chance ; vous avez déjeuner dans le plus mauvais restaurant de Beynac! Et elle avait raison. Le foie gras était bon, mais était servi à température ambiante (+35°) ! Quand à l' ANCHAU; CATASTROPHE, UN LOUPÉ MAGNIFIQUE. En dessert je commande de la glace rhum/raisin et on me sert de la glace à la vanille ; BRAVO Les glacons: Il a fallu les réclamer 2 fois pour les avoir au bout de 25 minutes ! A DECONSEILLÉ FORTEMENT

Stayed a single night on a self guided walking tour. Staff accepted the reservation from the tour company, but on arrival I was told that the owner no longer liked the tour company so refused to honour my booking. They had a budget room available so I took it and paid for it myself (tour company reimbursed). Staff were very apologetic and treated me very, very well indeed. Dinner was very good (tagliatelle aux cepes avec fois gras) but I was a bit disappointed that I could not sit on the terrace by the river. It only had tables for four and they would not give them to anyone dining alone (even though several were vacant). If I could take the staff and move them to another hotel, I would gladly stay there.

L accueil ainsi que le service était agréable et professionnel. La personne que nous avons eu était très agréable courtois et à l écoute. L hôtel bien situé. Compliments pour le chef en cuisine !!!!

Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Salle de bains plus que spacieuse. Literie extra.Hotel sympathique et, malgré les rues,silencieux. Petit déjeuner honnête mais....un peu d'attente.personnel aux petits soins. .À conseiller vivement

Lovely village
Excellent location. The entry of the hotel is weird. One has to go through the bar and a couple of tiny doors. The corridors are dingy and narrow but the rooms are nice. Clean and spacious.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour découvrir le village de Beynac .
Manque une petite table dans la chambre et dommage que les service du petit déjeuner ne démarre qu'à 8h surtout quand on a rdv à 7h45 pour des activités externes.
Dans ce cas il faudrait à minima mettre à disposition dans la chambre une bouilloire et une cafetière en self service
