The room was basic to say the least. The room was freezing, the heating wasn't coming on, we reported it several times and nothing changed. Also there was no hot water and very little water pressure, so it was impossible to have a proper shower during our 2 night visit. There was no blind or window covering in the bathroom, it was frosted part way up, which was no use whatsoever! It was definitely not value for money and our next visit to Bewdley we will NOT be staying there. It is the worst place we have ever stayed.

Room was clean and comfortable, and staff approachable and helpful. The accommodation has a separate entrance and it was good to be able to come and go as I pleased. A pity breakfast isn't included and the (disused) balcony to the room I was in really does need tidying up. Also, WiFi is not available in all rooms, which was a bit of an inconvenience.
