We would definitely stay here again. The rooms are small, but very comfortable with super soft bedding. Very clean! It was also easy to access the commuter rail to wander around the North Shore.

Cabot Lodge is an ideal stay for a single or coupled traveler. I was in town solo for a wedding. As advertised, the rooms are small, but they are efficient, extraordinarily clean, and functionally well-appointed. Staying here gives you the local flavor of the North Shore and puts you in walking distance of great shops, restaurants, and bars. Parking is conveniently right behind the hotel, though you'll need to remember to wake up and re-load the parking app each morning or get a (albeit reasonable $25) municipal parking ticket like me.

Wonderful place, I was honestly shocked by the quality because of the price not being ridiculous. Definitely the best hotel we stayed at on our Commonwealth Trip. When we come back out East, the Cabot Lodge will be our go-to stay. We need more places like this for making trips easy and comfortable.

This was honestly a perfect location, and amazing communication by the Staff. Although I actually never saw staff in this cute boutique hotel, there was always a text or email letting me know everything that I needed to do for parking, getting in the hotel after hours, etc. Not only was the stay amazing, but in a panic as I was late for my flight out of Boston (about an hour depending on traffic), I accidentally grabbed a Cabot Lodge pillow instead of my own personal pillow that I brought along. Not only did they reach out to me almost immediately, they said no worries about the pillow that I accidentally took, and sent me my personal pillow back to Ohio within a few days. Truly a class boutique hotel in all of the words I could possibly say. I will be back for sure!!

This is such a charming place to stay! While the rooms are small, they are tastefully decorated and outfitted with everything you need: shampoo, soap, free snacks and coffee, luxurious towels and crisp bed linens. We needed another room at the last minute and they were extremely generous and accommodating!!!! It is walkable to cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend!!

The rooms are quaint and cozy, there's plenty of parking in the public lot out back. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms are spotless, and it's right near everything in Beverly (the cinema, the restaurants, etc.) While a bit pricey, it was worth it

Fabulous stay! Beds were so comfy cozy and complimentary snacks were perfect after a late night out! The sitting area proved to be a nice lil spot to hang out with friends and recap the night. Also loved the sparkling water from the water machine. Perfect location to Cabot Theatre for our comedy show. We will definitely back to explore again. ❤️

Wonderful, cozy, friendly, extremely clean. Very well located close to great restaurants, easy access to Boston and Salem. They always celebrate my stay with a purpose. Last stay was my daughter graduation. They decorated the lobby, and the decoration was perfect for her pictures. Love this place, will be my getaway when I need a break.

We loved this place! The rooms were small but so cozy and comfortable! The bed and pillows were top notch also. Perfect location for a show at the Cabot Theater or a stroll through downtown with lots of restaurant options in walking distance. The owner was at the front desk, he was kind and helpful. We have already booked our next stay there!
