I stayed for three nights in total. When I checked in, the front desk asked how many bottles of water I needed and said it was free. I didn't understand at the time, and they said just send two bottles. Because there were a few bottles in the room. As a result, every day after that, there was no water in the room... The pool, rooftop, gym and spa are all top-notch facilities. The staff are excellent, the building is beautiful, clean and well maintained, the food at breakfast is all one can ask for and the garden and lobby are full of divine, fragrant flowers. Of all the places to stay in central Beverly Hills, nothing comes close to The Peninsula standard, the epitome of luxury.
