It's a hotel that I decided based on the location.
I really didn't like the cost-effectiveness, so after sleeping on the first day out of 3 nights, I was very worried about throwing away the 2 nights and going to another hotel!!
It feels like a Korean motel.
I made the choice, so I can't say anything to anyone and I blame myself a lot!!
I chose it because the location was good enough to go to all the places I wanted to go.
I'm going to take an Uber anyway.. I could have chosen another better hotel for 30 per night.. I regret it very much..

Basic, noisy but good location
Hotel is very basic, dated furniture and no service. Only good thing is location if you're looking to walk around.
Walls are very thin, i could hear next door neighbors conversation clearly, in addition to street noise.

I like the atmosphere, so elegant and calm, very easy access to stores and restaurants walking. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is delicious..

For this price point, the noise level from street is unreasonable. It's hard to sleep without noise cancellation headset. Agree with other reviews about the high level of noise from other guest rooms and the hallway. My room smelled strongly of bleach that would have repelled most people. But I was tired and so I cracked open the window all day. Nit-pick but signage claims that rooftop terrace is open from 8am but on the day I tried to use it at 9am, the door was locked. This is basically a very old motel in a nice location with a decent "shabby chic" renovation.

This is not a 5 star hotel/resort. It is a wonderful, nice, clean and convenient facility on the edge of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. Has everything we needed for our stay. Staff was great. The facility was no frills but very worth the price and convenient for us. We would stay again.

I have stayed at the Beverly Terrance 3x...i chose to stay at this small boutique hotel for the safe walkable neighborhood area, local restaurants and two food store down the street. The hotel is clean, staff is wonderful, the Italian restaurant next to the hoel is amazing, the lovely inside court yard is conformable. My only grip is to either up grade the hall carpet or put another flooring in like tile hardwood .
