This is the most reasonably priced hotel in Beverly Hills. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit old and dated but fine.

It was just amazing to find such a boutique hotel in the middle of Beverly Hills for such a good rate. I was close to the Waldorf Astoria for dining, Neiman Marcus for shopping. I’ll recommend it to all my business clientele for a luxurious stay.

Perhaps because our stay was long, daily housekeeping was provided, which was helpful.
As for an area that could be improved, the smell was noticeable overall. It wasn't unbearable, but the smell wafting from the entrance was noticeable when we entered and left from outside,
so it would be better if they could make efforts to clean and improve the building.
