A wonderfully relaxed hotel with excellent facilities and a great breakfast toboot!
The bedrooms are nicely decorated and importantly,the bed was extremely comfortable

Venue for our daughter’s wedding, beautiful location. Excellent food and service, the staff couldn’t do enough to make everything run smoothly. Comfortable beds in elegant rooms, ideal for a weekend break. We will definitely be returning for a weekend break, just lovely.

A real hidden treasure packed full of history, amazing staff who can't do enough and the most wonderful food. If you haven't treated yourself Tickton Grange, you haven't tasted old England at its best. I won't stay anywhere else - it is a mini Downton Abbey but more quaint. As soon as you step in, you are treated like royalty. I can't praise the staff enough and the house is utterly beautiful, full of character and charm. Old English charm at its best. You won't regret staying here. I absolutely love this place. I always book dinner, bed and breakfast - it is a real treat.

My husband and I were gifted a Sunday lunch voucher for Christmas and decided that we would use it for his birthday. The food was lovely but the drinks were horrendously over priced. We were charged £15.00 for just two J20 drinks! We will not be going back on this basis and advise anyone else to stick to the drinks included with the meal.

Just returned from a wonderful 2 night stay. Found this place on Yorkshire Food Guide, and on looking & searching thought great deal for a lovely place. Although we live approx 1 hour away, we have not heard of this place... Decided as my birthday to book a 2 night stay, and we were NOT disappointed. The Dale's Suite was a great room with wonderful dlsun / sunset views... we were lucky with the warmest May weather in a few years ... The food and service both, breakfast, lunch & dinner were wonderful. Thank you, guys.... Great location for Beverley, Hull, The Deep, the Wolds, and even the East Coast... and wonderful independent Country House Hotel. Well worth a visit . Thanks to all staff.

I chose Tickton Grange for my Golden Wedding celebration. We had a private family party of 20 in the Broadley room. It was excellent. The food was delicious and the service was first class. It was extremely comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff for making my special occasion perfect.

Every visit to Tickton Grange feels special. Our latest visit was for a spring time lunch and it didn’t disappoint! Sitting in the Hockney bar looking out over the grounds with excellent food in a beautiful setting we felt special again. The sandwiches come with those little extras Tickton does so well…. Nothing is too much trouble for Ilene and all the staff, with everyone treated with the same courtesy. So with delicious food and exceptional service at such great value for money, we will be back as soon as we can.
