Durante il nostro soggiorno molte cose sono state veramente terribili : camera molto piccola ma sopratutto non rispecchiava quanto richiesto nella prenotazione, per non parlare dell’acqua che entrava dalla finestra. Bagno molto piccolo, colazione molto scarsa con prodotti confezionati e non freschi. Impossibile comunicare con il personale.

Tornati dal soggiorno a Bevagna l hotel e molto bello appena varchi la soglia ti immergi nella storia e il personale gentilissimo ti fa sentire a casa, la colazione a buffet varia e abbondante, le camere confortevoli e molto curate nei dettagli, consigliatissimo.

ACCOGLIENZA ECCEZIONALE! Ho pernottato in questa struttura in occasione del Sagrantino Wine Trail... a parte la struttura che è davvero meravigliosa, nel centro di Bevagna, con tutta la sua storicità, devo dire che l'accoglienza è andata oltre ogni aspettativa. Già via telefono avevo apprezzato la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale, ma poi, una volta sul posto, chi ci ha accolte ha fatto di tutto per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze! Qualità-prezzo buone, pulizia dei locali, tranquillità (che non ha guastato, visto la gara della mattina dopo!) e tanto calore umano. Consiglio questo hotel ai prossimi visitatori dell'Umbria.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con la prenotazione (NON per colpa dell'hotel) e i gestori, una coppia brasiliana gentilissima, ha fatto di tutto perché potessimo trovare una soluzione o una sistemazione alternativa (ponte di festa, tutti gli hotel erano pienissimi). Alla fine la prenotazione è andata a buon fine e abbiamo avuto la camera; i gestori hanno continuato a curarsi di noi anche la mattina dopo a colazione, chiedendoci se stessimo bene e chiacchierando. Persone splendide, hotel ottimo e comodissimo per visitare Bevagna, che è un paese assolutamente da visitare

Centrally located on main street near the lovely central square of town. Unprepossessing big building with many levels and stairs, but the spacious and decoratively painted (frescoed?) breakfast room reveals its former grandeur. Small bedroom like a monk’s cell: wrought iron bedstead with hard mattress; badly sited loo; sink with no plug. St Frances would have felt very much at home. Very modest breakfast. A nice Brazilian couple manage the hotel

Un nome pretenzioso che nasconde una situazione inadeguata, mi sembrava strano che costasse così poco! La camera era piccola e scomoda, assurda la disposizione dei mobili, era una singola venduta come doppia, anche il letto non era matrimoniale, forse una piazza e mezza, ma in due si sta male. Il bagno piccolissimo e datato, oltre che trascurato. La colazione un disastro, pezzetti di tortine confezionate e nemmeno fresche. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Un'esperienza molto positiva. Una camera piacevole, comoda ed essenziale, pulita e ordinata. Ambiente intimo e dolcissimo, rilassante! Personale cordialissimo. Posizione ottima, centrale e vicina a tutti gli esercizi commerciali. Ritorneremo senz'altro.
