Residenza molto bella e di pregio. Vicinissimo al centro di Bevagna, ci si arriva a piedi in pochi minuti, ma situata in posto tranquillo. Abbiamo dormito benissimo, ci siamo svegliati con gli uccellini che cantavano. Il proprietario molto gentile e pronto a farti sentire come a casa.

Location accogliente, relax nella natura umbra, piscina riservata parcheggio ampio, pulizia eccellente. Appartamento comodo e spazioso con tutti i confort. Gentilezza e cordialità dello staff. Località bevagna a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro storico pieno di locali carini.

We loved this hotel. It is located just outside the city walls - a very short walk and you can see the mountains in the distance (snow covered in March) as you walk. We had a living/dining area with stove, sink, frig, coffee-maker tea pot etc. There was a separate bedroom. Excellent bathroom Lots of windows so all rooms were bright. It was very cold and windy outside but the rooms were well heated. Loved the views form the windows. The ceilings have wooden beams and our bedroom had a lovely painted ceiling. Bed comfortable. Gianluca was an excellent host. he was always there. The yard is very large and was just beginning to show signs of spring. It would be lovely in spring and summer. We didn't have breakfast in but it was offered. We preferred to walk into the city where we found a local cafe.

La struttura si trova in aperta campagna, e già questo è un punto di forza. Pace e tranquillità coccolano la permanenza; ka stanza è ampia, con cucina e spazi ampi e abitabili. La piscina è un valore aggiunto, d'estate è un plus non da poco. inoltre è a 4 passi dal centro di Bevagna, borgo molto carino da visitare. Unica pecca: la colazione! Non degna di un residence di questo tipo, e di conseguenza del costo giornaliero. Portata da un bar esterno, tutto contato. una brioche, un caffè (o meglio, una cialda da farsi, pane 4 fette in 2.) Con lo spazio a disposizione si potrebbe fare MOOLTO meglio.

Ottima accoglienza e grande disponibilità con tutte le mie richieste. Posizione ottima, il giardino e la piscina sono stati molto apprezzati visto il caldo. Torneremo sicuramente. Molto bello il mercato delle gaite, una bella esperienza anche con i bambini

Ci siamo fermati solo 3 notti per il mercato delle Gaite( fantastico) Posizione strategica, 3 minuti a piedi dal borgo, 5 dal centro storico... Stanze grandi e pulite, bellissimo parco per gli ospiti e piscina per rigeneratsi dopo il viaggio e le gite. Personale cortese ed attento Grazie!

Beautiful and well-kept structure. Apartment composed of a living room with a perfectly equipped kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Well heated. Enclosed space for our little dog. Breakfast served in the room with punctuality and courtesy. Waking up in front of a beautiful, well-kept green lawn is relaxing and pleasant.
