To start off Booking the hotel I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, then when I arrived on the Saturday the hotel reception staff were amazing, I went up for a wedding and I asked for an early check in, they bent over backwards for me so I could have it, the staff there are very friendly and very welcoming.
Due to the wedding going into the middle of the night I had to come in and see the hotel night porter and the lovely gentleman was very friendly to get me my keys to the room and very polite.
All in all the hotel staff are very accommodating, very professional and very friendly, the place is lovely and the rooms are very cosy, comfy bed and a nice area.
Lovely place to stop and a few activities around the area close by to go to, like Zip world and Go Karting, if you want a more adventurous site seeing time Snowdonia is round the corner to walk up.
I recommend stopping here for a lovely experience, with a spa as well attached to it, after your events you can always go for a dip in the pool to relax

Lovely hotel at good location, around 10 mins walk to the town centre. I love the swimming pool, sauna & steam room, excellent facilities. And the food there was good too!

Lovely accommodation, delicious food in the restaurant, and wonderful service throughout. Our second stay here, came back as everything was perfect first time. Second time just as good. Rooms are really good, staff are excellent and wonderful location for Snowdon and North Wales. We’ll be back! Recommended.

Stayed in superior lodge. First impressions scruffy,door could do with a good coat of paint. Only a dribble of water came out of tap in en-suite. Bathroom needs a make over. Patio furniture dirty. Extremely overpriced. Restaurant wasn't open so guests had to eat in the bar. We chose not to after seeing our room

Great night stay, very comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Stayed for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the facilities that were available, swimming pool and jacuzzi was fantastic. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

To begin with-upgrade! Thank you so much. Stayed in the superior twin lodge accommodation which was perfect. Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Lovely room with sofa and tv (although limited channels). Nice outside decking area for afternoon coffee. Made full use of the facilities-pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room! Thoroughly relaxed stay for my birthday.

Stayed over for our second night in Wales, and this was our second experience at the Waterloo Hotel & Spa. Just as on our first visit, the hotel was very hospitable and efficiently run. Our room was a "lodge" that was on ground level and car parking nearby was available. The rooms were very cosy and clean. Great sleep after an evening in Betws-y-Coed followed by an evening visit to the spa, which had jacuzzi, swimming pool, steam room and sauna. Full Welsh breakfast was well cooked and presented and there were lots of other menu items to choose from. Helpful, friendly waitress staff on hand throughout. A faultless, pleasant overnight stay. Thank you.
