This is the 3rd time with have stayed at Summer Hill. It’s always been clean and friendly. And great location for exploring the surrounding areas. Rooms are lovely decorated. And always a good selection for breakfast. Highly recommend a stay here.

A lovely b&b in a fantastic location. At the edge of the town just a few seconds away from the river with some gorgeous walks and less than 5 minutes walk from the centre pubs,shops and restaurants. A comfy bed, great shower and some lovely breakfast options (special shout out to Gabby's homemade granola) make it a perfect choice for your stay.

Great hospitality by David, very personable service. Fantastic location. Good selection of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Easy drive to go to trails up snowdon. Room was spacious and clean. Nice bathrobes and house slipper!

My wife and I and two other family members stayed in three rooms at Summer Hill Guest House for four nights B&B. The rooms were nice and big, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our hosts Dave and Gabby were very friendly and knowledgeable. All the breakfasts were excellent, delicious, and good portion sizes, great quality and excellently cooked and served, and Gabby’s home made baked beans were lovely. They were both lovely people, professional, efficient and friendly and couldn’t do more to help us in every way. Keep up the good work and thanks to both of you. Looking forward to our next visit to Summer Hill Guest House.

Very impressed with Summer Hill, location was excellent right on the main walking routes and still close to town. Dave was welcoming, breakfast was lovely, room was clean and had everything we could have needed. Free parking was also a bonus - our room was spacious with a huge bathroom, really nicely decorated and the shower was amazing.

Amazing stay Beautiful decorated room ,perfect temperature and plenty of room ,lovely hot shower with all the toiletries .The house was in a lovely quiet spot away from the busy part of Betswy-coed but only a few minutes walk away Breakfast was perfect and had a fantastic help yourself set up,loved the fridge idea for customers and fresh milk ready in the fridge. Highly recommend for the perfect tranquil stay
