3-Star Hotels in Bettendorf

My husband and I have small getaway trips. We came to try this hotel. The rooms are small and arranged differently than most hotel rooms. The bed lighting was fun. The TV was nice and large. It had HBO and worked great. There was a walk in glass shower with good water pressure. There was a bluetooth mirror (which we are still curious about). The pillows were fluffy and the bed and couch were comfortable. They send texts to check on the guests. We had only a few complaints. First, our bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned. We responded to one of their texts and they offered to send someone up right away to clean it. Very nice gesture. There is no complimentary breakfast (which is mentioned in the hotel details). There, also, is no business center. They make sure to let guests know that there are no free items by placing signage on the tables. This is a no frill hotel so if you are expecting little perks, you will not find it here. The restaurant is a little pricey for breakfast and dinner. There were not many people taking advantage of the meals, either, so maybe we were not the only ones that thought it was a tad expensive. Lastly, the hotel is located next to several bars with outdoor seating. We stayed on a Friday night which was a mistake. We heard talking/yelling until 2:30 in the morning from the bar patrons that were seated outside. There was, also, loud motorcycles and cars showing off for the crowds. So, when you see other reviews stating the hotel has thin walls, it includes interior AND exterior. We could not even turn the AC fan on high to drown out the noise. The customer service of this hotel made up for most of the bad....the loudness of the people at the bar, though, was horrible. This is really not the fault of the hotel, so I cannot necessarily blame them for this. Just beware if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night.

Everything was good except for the nasty stains on my towel and pillowcase

Really nice newer hotel right off 74. I was told that it's situated where a hotel called The Lodge used to be. Check in at Home2 Suites was easy, and the two rooms that we booked were extremely clean. We had one king suite and a double bed suite, both on the second floor, and they worked fine for us. Loved the full size refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher, and real cutlery and plates, cups, glassware, bowls (not plastic ones). Bathroom was one of the cleanest I've seen in all of my hotel stays. Beds were comfortable and room had a large TV on a swivel so could be viewed from anywhere in the room. Plenty of closet space and drawers. Lots of USB sockets in the room for charging stuff. Breakfast was better than most and eating area was kept spotless. The only negative was that our room overlooked a gas station but we admittedly did not visit the area for its views.

They have excellent customer service, the hotel is very clean, I was warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of food. Thank you

Love staying here always a fun time, close to everything I need and there is a ****** also, it really is a nice hotel this is my 6th time back.

What a pleasure it is to experience a well-run hotel! From the spacious and tasteful entry space to the clean and attractive room, it was an excellent experience. I especially appreciated the well-lit and tidy bathroom; all fixtures and surfaces were updated. The entire room, with its tasteful furnishings and fluffy white pillows, was appealing. I highly recommend this establishment even if only staying one night, as I did.

Staff is nice and attentive. There was a patron that thought it was ok to take their dog in the sauna and we were unable to use the sauna or pool because no one cleaned the room or shut it down after. Our allergies plus the dirtiness of an animal took away from our experience.
