La relación calidad/pecio es muy buena, la habitación es realmente cómoda, limpia y cuidada. Algunos detalles de las zonas comunes del hotel están un poco antiguos/desgastados pero todo siempre muy limpio. A 10min andando del centro de Vielha y con la facilidad de aparcar en un parking muy amplio.

Desastroso
Habitación enana y antigua, con los rodapiés quitados y rotos, cables en mitad de la pared destrozados, techo del baño descolchado, además hemos ido a desayunar y han quitado los productos del desayuno delante nuestras, resumiendo hemos pagado un desayuno del cual apenas hemos podido desayunar.
También solicité una cuna para nuestro bebé y no la pudieron

Llevamos muchos años yendo a este hotel y hay que decir que ya ha llegado el momento de una reforma importante (habitaciones y piscina sobre todo). El personal del comedor y del bar es muy amable y la posición del hotel entre el centro de Vielha y la carretera para las pista es perfecta. Un buen hotel pero por lo que se paga se necesita elevar el estándar.

Abbiamo soggiornato con la famiglia in questo hotel a novembre e mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. Questo albergo non sembra un hotel di montagna di 4 stelle perché molto caro rispetto a come si presenta e i servizi che offre. Ambienti in comune molto grandi ma con arredi vecchi e rovinati.La stanza per 4 persone scomoda , non sapevamo dove sistemare 4 valigie , spazi molto stretti con difficoltà a circolare . Completamente insonorizzata, siamo stati disturbati più volte dalle stanze accanto anche di notte . I letti piccoli una piazza e mezza a coppia. Cibo di qualità scarsa ma personale di sala qualificato gentile e disponibile . Piscina fredda e ambiente non riscaldato a dovere . Mi dispiace molto ma in futuro non torneremo !

Personnel très très gentil (Marcel ,Lomon,Antonio..) et professionnel..l'hôtel est très propre et calme..cuisine buffet super ..(piscine !!) pratique pour Baqueira (ski) et très agréable d'être à côté de Vielha très animée..vivement recommandé..merci Serge Lansaman :)

Muy buena atención del bar, no conocíamos la zona y por lo tanto nos dio algunas recomendaciones sobre lugares interesantes como por ejemplo la catedral de bárbaro, chocolatero brusco entre otras. También hay muchas bebidas a un precio muy asequible. Mientras esperáis en el bar tiene miles de historias por lo tanto nos os vais a aburrir, muy recomendable.
