La relación calidad/pecio es muy buena, la habitación es realmente cómoda, limpia y cuidada. Algunos detalles de las zonas comunes del hotel están un poco antiguos/desgastados pero todo siempre muy limpio. A 10min andando del centro de Vielha y con la facilidad de aparcar en un parking muy amplio.

Mario el camarero, lo mejor. Un profesional, muy atento que hace la velada muy agradable, sin duda, lo más inolvidable del alojamiento. Siempre tiene un consejo donde ir o comer, aparte de sus increíbles cocteles. SUBLIME!!!!!…………………..

Antiguo, habitaciones sucias , mal mantenido el hotel , esta de los años 80 por lo menos . La direccion del hotel brilla por su ausencia, la habilidad de recepcion mala , incluso si pides ayuda te la niegan increíble en un hotel. No repetiremos esta experiencia con ellos . Gracais por abrirnos los ojos y asi poder mirar otras opciones , Gracias por esa amabilidad esa ayuda y comprensión por parte dela dirección del hotel La inspección de la categoria del hotel no corresponde con un 4 estrellas, los m2 si los tiene los ervicos NO la LIipieza NO hay minima, y el resto para pues NO hay no busques que no hay , les cuesta hasta darte la factura del hotel algo que pides de lo mas normal del mundo. Solo decir GRACIAS por abrinos los ojos no volveremos.

El hotel es muy cómodo y acogedor, posee diferentes habitaciones para estar tranquilo en familia o amigos. Tiene una buena barra de bar con un camarero muy atento con buena bebida. Tiene guarda esquís y la temperatura excepcional. En general todo muy muy bien.

La habitacion no se ajusta a la calidad de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Instalaciones y mobiliario viejo, sin servicio de bar a la habitacion. Habitación enana al igual que el baño muy lejos de un hotel de 4 estrellas. No es equitativo precio con la calidad del servicio. Ademas las habitaciones son ruidosas, se escucha perfectamente los ruidos de las habitaciones continguas. Una decepcion, no repetiremos .
