We liked the hotel, the breakfast was incredible, everyone was very polite, but when we got to the room it had a very strange smell.

Hotel fulfilled what it promised, accommodation, services. Service may take a while as there are few staff depending on guest demand. Wonderful breakfast!!! Super varied, we needed to leave before 7:00, but we were still able to help ourselves.

Negative points were the room, its maintenance and cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. The shower took more than 3 minutes to heat up and the flush wasn't working. The ambiance of the room is a bit gloomy and the decor is outdated. And hotel parking was charged separately without prior notice. The positive point is the very comfortable bed and good sheets and the very generous breakfast with extended hours. The hotel's location is also privileged.

I stayed for 3 days and my room was never cleaned, I found it very strange. Other than that, it was peaceful. I believe that breakfast could have more options.

Bad experience. Towels dingier than the floorcloths in my house and as hard as sandpaper, an old, torn washcloth. Bathroom looks like it hasn't been washed properly, full of hair in the sink and shower. Endredon smells (stinking) of foot odor and is all frayed. I just didn't look for another one today because I arrived late and was very tired. The night receptionist gave me at least one sheet and another clean duvet.

O hotel é super bem localizado. Perto de todos os restaurantes do Centro. Farmácia, bancos. Mc Donalds. Os funcionários muito solícitos. O café da manhã é satisfatório para o preço cobrado. Pelo menos três tipos de bolos, frios, sucos, pães, etc. Os quartos são muito limpos. Tem estacionamento.Se o hospede quiser limpeza extra pode pedir. Não posso reclamar da minha estadia. Tudo foi muito satisfatório. Para quem não quer gastar muito pode ir sem susto. Com relação ao chuveiro a gás. Precisa esperar uns dois minutos que começa a esquentar.

We made the payment and went up to the room, we are a couple with a child and they put us in a room with two single beds, which was not enough, we received a call that the wrong amount had been charged, we had to go down and pay the rest. I was charged 10.00 at the entrance for parking, an amount paid by my husband along with the daily rate. I requested a room, with at least a double bed, and it was granted. We arrived from the event, got two mineral waters, left to pay on the way out. This morning, as we were leaving, we took 10.00 to pay for both waters (4.00 each), and were surprised by the employee saying that we had not paid for parking. My husband, to avoid further dissatisfaction with the hotel, went back to the parking lot and took more money to pay what we had already paid (in this case, 18.00). Okay, checkout done. My parents and brothers also stayed at the hotel, they checked out later. When they were doing it, they were informed that we had not paid for the water we collected. Like this ? In addition to the water, we also paid for parking twice. I called my father, asked him to put it on speakerphone and explained how I had paid. The employee said that the other person who was before him had not signed off. Very disorganized! Anyway, TERRIBLE experience at hotel samba. I await a response!

Very good team in all areas (reception, housekeeping and kitchen). Everyone treated us with great affection. Especially Michele with breakfast, who, when she found out that my daughter loved the lemon pudding, on our last night, provided the famous pudding for my princess's happiness. That affection!! Thank you very much!! I wrote down the recipe, I'm going to make it at home, lol!! Congratulations to all of you. I have no doubts, if I have to return to Betim, that will be my accommodation.

Quando cheguei tive que aguardar por 20 minutos para conseguir fazer o checkin, porque haviam 6 pessoas que já estavam com os cadastros prontos mas deveriam ser divididos em 3 quartos. Embora houvessem 2 atendentes na recepção, esses profissionais se mostravam muito despreparados e faziam MUITA confusão, falavam os nomes dos hóspedes errado, além de terem sido incapazes de me darem ao menos boa noite na hora que cheguei. O atendimento da recepção é descortês. Os quartos não possuem boa decoração, além de terem mobilia antiga (em especial o ar condicionado, que é muito barulhento). Em plena pandemia o hotel não estava com controle de entrada e saída de pessoas, tanto que no quarto em frente ao meu estava ocorrendo uma festa com entra e sai de pessoas que foi além de meia noite. Liguei na recepção para reclamar do barulho e do fluxo de pessoas, mas pouco adiantou. O ponto forte do hotel é o café da manhã, que é agradável e diversificado. O hotel anuncia que possui jacuzi e piscina funcionando com restrição de horário devido à pandemia, no entanto, quando você finaliza a reserva é informado que não poderá utilizar nada. Não recomendo a estadia nesse hotel, a menos que seja sua última opção.
