Excellent quality services. Modern hotel with large, up-to-date rooms. Breakfast was very good and delicious. I recommend the Ibis Betim with eyes closed.

Toalhas de banho gastas (para não dizer velhas), quarto com infiltração,não fornece toalha de mão. Chegando antes do horário de estadia (meu caso 45 minutos),mesmo após horas de viagem não liberam quarto,mesmo com vários a disposição, querendo vender meia estadia. Tive que esperar o horário de check in, onde a primeira atendente não ofereceu nem agua nem cafe,mesmo dísponiveis. Frequento a rede All ha mais de 15 anos, e é a primeira vez que fico descontente com um atendimento. No bar atendimento bom. Hotel bom para quem vai a trabalho nas Empresas da região (Fiat, Etc...) pois nas proximidades não tem nada além de Empresas. Deslocamento para mercados, bares, restaurantes,lojas, etc de carro ou veiculo de App.

O jantar e café da manhã tem melhorado a cara vez que venho e já venho a 3 anos.. Parabéns só que tiraram do cardápio o queijo meia Cura... Mas atendimento da Silvana e a Aline da cozinha... Uma delícia de jantar e de atendimento sempre. O preço não é convidativo, mas a qualidade é ótima

Hotel bem localizado para quem vai a serviço na região de BH. Instalação moderna e confortável o atendimento de primeira e o café da manhã excelente. Muito bom para quem vai a trabalho. Recomendo está acomodação. Muito bom. Ainda melhor pelo estacionamento gratuito.
