Friendly front desk staff, room was clean, location was good with several places to eat in walking distance. No complaints

Breakfast options werent that great. But there is quite a few places close by that are good for breakfast. Dunkin, Diners, waffle house.

The hotel seemed very nice in the pictures only to find out upon arrival the pool was closed for the season, not enough bath towels in our room, and the outdoor fire pit was not operational.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I really wanted to like this hotel, it was minimally clean, cheap, and had good reviews. I waited 20 minutes to check in while standing in between the sliding doors and the lobby to be let in. When I tried to take a shower in the morning, it had horrible water pressure and the settings were either burn your skin off hot or ice cold, no in between. I had to stand out of the water and use a wash cloth fast. When I went down to complain the front desk staff (Emy) was standing in front of the door smoking a cigarette. I chose this property because it was a non smoking property and both my son and I have asthma. I had to step out and ask her for service which she gave me tons of attitude about. She explained she’s the only one working the desk which I said is pretty average as someone who’s worked at a hotel as front desk I know that’s pretty normal. She just asked if I needed to shower and I explained no I needed to make sure they knew about the shower. The whole customer service experience here was a nightmare and they need to talk to their staff about what non smoking property means. There was also a whole thing of macaroni outside the lobby that my husband slipped in the dark while holding our child.

The area around the hotel was not the greatest. The staff and room were nice. Breakfast option wasn't too good.
