I had a very nice stay. Staff was very helpful. Room was beautiful and very clean. Beds are absolutely the most comfortable I slept on in a long time. Will use this hotel again and I'll recommend to anyone going to that area. I booked on Trip.com for a pretty big discount.

We stopped at this hotel on the way to the hotel Hershey and Hershey Park. It was easy on and off the highway. I usually try to seek out hotels that are newer and this one definitely felt new and clean. We booked the two queen suite, and it was extremely spacious. The room was nice and wide with room to move around. It had a basic kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, and some kitchen supplies. Water pressure and air-conditioning were good. Towels were plentiful. Sofa bed was comfortable for my almost 16-year-old. The breakfast was OK, the highlight was the make your own waffle station. I would’ve liked to have seen some fresh fruit. The dining area for breakfast was spacious with lots of different seating options. The only option was apples. There was laundry and cardio. See lots of photos below. Parking was ample, free and well lit. Great property!

Horrible stay arrived Saturday and hotel did not properly clean room until Wednesday after several complaints directly to managers (shawnie) which her and Aaron were the only helpful ones up until her incompetency not checking if my room was cleaned not sure how she's manager running this brand and hotel if I were the owner Rvelde@jhgco Com I would get rid of her don't stay here it's dirty and staff don't clean or change sheets mind you i traveled with 3 kids one got an allergic reaction to the dust mites in the room

This is a fairly new hotel. The people that work there are SO incredibly friendly. Every staff person I met was kind and said hello and really made me feel welcome. Check in was super fast. My room was large and comfortable. The only issue is the pillows are really pathetic. They are really thin. It would be good if they provided a few different ones because people all have different preferences. A couple more supportive would have helped me sleep better. TV channel selection was really basic, not much to choose from. But that was ok for one night. The breakfast area is large. The selection was basic. I expected better than waffles and some eggs. It was ok to start the day, but not up to Hilton standards. Still, I’d return.
