Soad and her husband have a really special place in the Hosh al Subbar guesthouse. It's location is perfect, being in a safe, quiet neighbourhood and only a 5 minute drive from Manger Sq and the big tourist sites of Bethlehem. The rooms are beautful old stone rooms with excellent amenities and a comfy bed, hot shower and even a mini-kitchen! But the real treat is the hospitality of Soad and her family, who treated us to homemade breakfast and really looked after us. I will stay here anytime I'm back.

The most beautiful, peaceful, clean place in all of Palestine. Very very very beautiful and friendly staff. You feel that you are their family! The host are very hospitable and the food is amazingly great! I highly recommend this place to stay. Wonderful!

After 10 days of intensive sightseeing and travel in Palestine, I needed 2 nights of peace and stillness before my flight home. I found here everything I could have dreamed of - a spacious en-suite bedroom with air on and fan, an adjacent outdoor balcony with hammock and views over the beautiful garden. Soad, the host made me a sumptuous Palestinian breakfast which lasted me all day as snacks. She helped me with a trip to the local hairdresser. Warm Palestinian hospitality in a family home with extensive views over terraced landscape. Excellent location.

Big clean rooms, with everything you need. The best was the authentic Palestinian hospitality. Our host always gave us traditional dish to eat and cooked an amazing breakfast for us. It is at the outskirts so of you don't have a car will have to get a taxi to get there.
