The location is very convenient, you can walk to the subway, shopping and eating. The bus stop to New York is right next to the hotel. The hotel facilities are old, but the hygiene is good. The washing machine and dryer are old.

AJ our valet attendant provided excellent service. He was professional, courteous, and very attentive. He greeted me and my family with a smile, handled our vehicle with care, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Without hesitation and with great initiative, AJ took on the role as a bellhop and also as a concierge throughout our stay. He made our visit at the Residence Inn a truly enjoyable, wonderful and a lasting experience for our family! I truly consider AJ to be a new found friend! AJ did an awesome job as our valet. He was more than a valet to me and my family. When we pulled up to the curbside he helped us to have a smooth transition getting our Mom, who is in a wheelchair, up to our room along with our luggage. He is kind, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help each day of our stay. Great staff! We enjoyed our stay! Thank you! Pat Stewart Reservation under Paula Sullivan.

From the time we arrived at the hotel we were greeted warmly. An easy check in and a room upgrade were appreciated after a long car ride. We want to especially thank Ryan Johnson for his assistance and hospitality upon our arrival. The hotel is well located and the rooms spacious and clean. Close to everything in the DC area without the congestion of central DC.

This was overall a great stay. I marked it down for cleanliness because when we opened the sleep sofa, it had not been cleaned under the cushions and crumbs and crap fell into the mattress.
