We love this place and would go back in a heartbeat. Everything super clean and well maintained. It is a rural location near Bethel Maine - a great place for a family vacation!

The 4 star rating is for the location, service and cleanliness. The rooms are old and really need updating. There is only one bathroom in a 2 BR unit.

Great place to stay, especially if you're skiing Sunday River, which is maybe 10 min away. I loved the amount of space in the living area - plenty of room to spread out between the dining table, kitchenette, and couches, with room to stash your boot bags out of the way in the corner. The lodge area was also great, with comfy seating by a fireplace, nice ambiance, and even an acoustic guitar on the wall for folks to pick up whenever they want.
