This resort has the potential to be good as it looks well, has a decent pool area and the rooms are well proportioned. There is just something missing in the fine detail of running a resort.
Breakfast was decent but we found dinners disappointing, particularly the risotto which was delivered cold and then seemingly microwaved when we pointed this out.
We attended a Sao Joao pool celebration which was a bit disappointing, it supposedly started at 12.30 but decorations were still going up at 1pm.
Most disappointing was when we arrived very early due to a night train arriving four hours early but we’re not offered as much as a glass of water and when we asked if our bags could be stored whilst we purchased breakfast we were told no and just to eat poolside. Saying that most other staff we dealt with were friendly.

We have been to Beleza several times .Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Services are very prompt .Swimming pool is well maintained Good variety at the breakfast counter. Friendly staff and various amenities. Overall a relaxing and luxurious experience. The overall aesthetics of the resort is very classy !Loved our stay here and definitely looking forward to our next visit !!

Best place to be in south goa! Right by the beach, great stay, amenities and a helpful staff! Best part is their food and restaurants by the pool and the beach! Spa services are also quite unique. Recommend to everyone, couples and families alike!

Wunderschönes Strandresort eingebettet in grüner Landschaft. Fabelhaftes Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Besonders hat uns das Frühstück mit Blick auf die Reisfelder und der Ruhebereich mit Blick auf den weißen Strand gefallen. Sehr empfehlenswert zum Entspannen nach einer Rundreise, es werden aber auch schöne Aktivitäten angeboten.

The property is beautiful- a blend of padi fields and golden sands. It’s a serene resort staffed by friendly locals who endeavor to make the stay memorable. The rooms are comfortable and well put together. Breakfast delicious with a variety of choices.

We have enjoyed ourselves so much that I had to rate it 5 stars. In fact, we are still here for another .5 days and I am already writing the review. Positives: The professional, courteous service provided by so many wonderful staff (Nelson (check in), Pooja (spa), Lucy (spa), Deepesh (restaurant), Tushar (restaurant), Vivaldi (restaurant), Malcolm (housekeeping) to name only a few) is top notch. We cannot have dreamed of enjoying our time more. The 2 bedroom suite we share is amazing. The paths and gardens are beautiful. You cannot see or hear the ocean from the rooms, but it is only a few minutes walk to their beachside restaurant and lounging area. My 84 year old father is able to walk all around the resort and to the beach. The resort is located on a winding, narrow back road and to be honest, I was worried a time or two about actually being brought to the resort...and then you arrive and all is well. My father says the staff interact very well with their visitors and go above and beyond expectations with their attention to details. We highly recommend that you come and enjoy the amazing Beleza By The Beach. William and Brenda Recommendation for the resort to think about: Placing a bench in the walkway to the beach - Dad (84 yrs) was able to walk it, but it was a little hard and taxing in the heat.

Good property in the south Goa, nice room with big bathroom, pool and landscape of the hotel is good, staff is very friendly and beach direct axis, there is only one restaurant in the property and one on the beach. JuJu is the restaurant owner by hotel is must try, hotel will give free pick up drop
