Our stay at Alagoa Resort for three days with family was a mix of good and average experiences. The best part was the friendly and welcoming staff, who made our stay comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, offering a great variety of delicious options to start the day.
The location is a big plus, as it’s close to Betalbatim Beach, which is a peaceful and beautiful spot. Their cottages and pool area are well-maintained, making it a great place for families to relax.
However, the Classic Room was quite average. The washroom was not up to the mark, needing better maintenance, and the TV screen was quite small, which was a bit disappointing.
Overall, if you are planning a stay, I would recommend opting for their cottages rather than classic rooms for a better experience. The location, staff, and breakfast make it worth considering!

It was so hot there in goa but AC was not working, Pool was not cleaned at all infact hotel staff was not helpful for anything i was having headache i asked then for medicine they told me that they cant give as this they cant give they dont have any first aid box as well

Stayed for 2 days. Food was good beverages are below standard. The staff are not that courteous. Basic amenities are missing on the price point they are charging.

The place was very much interior and it was difficult commuting to different places. The entry to beach in the early morning, was difficult, as there were many stray dogs. Room service was horrible. There was no water bottles kept and we got only during mid night. Some foul smell was coming in ground floor bathroom, and there were no other room allocated. Feels risky travel-ling after sun set.

First of all thanks MakeMyTrip for booking confirmation with required details. Overtime the stay is good with some issues I faced during the stay.
Pro - Good breakfast with okay varities, near to a clean water beach ⛱️, good atmosphere in resort, easy to rental the scooter for nearby travel 🧳, good size swimming pool, near to ( just 3 KM) Colva beach for water sports activities if you wish. Con.- Cleanliness in room not good ( infact bad), light in the room and bathroom is very bad ( not enough lighting), Atmosphere inside the room is not very good ( feel like demp area), resort is quite far from main road wich feel creepy specially if you came after 7 PM, there is no enough lighting on the road connected to the main road to resort., dinner in resort restaurent is very bad as there is no test, no eroma also the price is high compared to quality of food ( they use lot of salt in every dish.), there is no separate room for changing clothes for swimming pool ( which must be there), there is no transportation apart from the 🛵.
