Best Western Plus Bessemer Hotel Suites

The hotel is a little bit old. The carpet is not that clean. Restroom is kind of old and small. Breakfast is good. OK for a one night stay.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the best western in Bessemer and I would advise all families and friends to go there and have the same joy that I did. The lady at the front desk is one of the nicest ladies I have ever met.

THE staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fresh and a good variety. The only negative was the rooms . especially the rooms above.

Nice safe location. Room was decent, reasonable cost. Breakfast had a nice variety with a large area with tables. We would stay there again if in the area.

Disappointed no coffee pot in room, tho available on request. Breakfast was lacking in flavor of food. Eggs were water-soaked, odd sausage. Staff super friendly and offered complementary waters upon arrival. Cleaning tasks need attention.

The nicest staff ever. Felt like home. The breakfast was delicious & I normally don’t like hotel breakfasts.

The area was clean and neat. The floor was stickey in the kitchen area. Everything else was very good. I will stay there again.

Well I had a tree fell that knocked my power out so I’ve been there since Thursday of last week the staff has been wonderful and very much concerned especially Toya I think that’s her name . She’s there in the evening.

The room was clean. The evening clerk walked by three times talking on a cell phone. The tv didn't work because the cable had been cut. There was no phone in the room. The morning clerk was hateful and incompetent, had to call the supervisor to find out how to credit our card because we refuse to stay for the second night. The egg patties and the biscuits and gravy were flavorless. The orange juice was warm. We left and went to another hotel.
